Refund Policy

How it works

• Loadscope is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge.
• To request a refund, email support@loadscope.app from the address you purchased with, within 30 days of the purchase date. A reason is appreciated but not required.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and typically appear within a few business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
• When a purchase is refunded, the associated license key is deactivated and can no longer be used to activate Loadscope.

After 30 days

Because Loadscope includes lifetime updates at no extra cost, refunds outside the 30-day window are handled case-by-case at our discretion — reach out and we'll do right by you, especially for a genuine technical problem we can't resolve.
